The Ortlieb Sport-Packer Plus ia a water proof pannier that can be utilized on either the front or rear racks of your touring bike. The Sport-Packer has a classic top closure, which gives a bit more packable space than a classic roll top bag. The Sport-Pannier is great as a smaller volume rear bag or front rack bag. The pannier contains a fixed inner pocket with main compartment and zippered mesh pocket for organizing items within the bag. This bag functions perfectly as a front bag on longer bike tours. The QL2 rack mount system lets you mount and remove the bag with one hand quickly and easily. The QL2 hook system comes with adapters for sizing to racks with tubing size from 8mm to 16mm. Bike Friday rack tubing size is 8.5mm. The rack hooks close and lock automatically when the bag is installed on the rack. The QL2 system includes an elliptical hook rail on the lower part of the bag for an additional fix point to complete the three point rack mount.
