  1. How long will it take my product to ship?


    It typically will ship the next day after ordering or it could take longer depending on several factors, the main one being whether your product is in stock. We carry a wide variety of products from many vendors as well as parts designed and manufactured by Bike Friday. While we make every effort to keep all our products in stock, this isn't always possible or practical.

    What we do promise is to update you on the progress of your order so you know exactly what's happening. Most of the time, orders get shipped the next business day. If they are delayed for any reason, you will be contacted via the same email address you have on the web store with the status of your order and the parts on it.

     

    If we backorder a part, that means we will ship everything except the back ordered item, which will follow with free shipping once it is restocked.

  2. Will I receive a tracking #?


    Yes. When your order is picked up by Fedex, an email message is automatically generated to the address you have registered on the Bike Friday web store containing the order contents and a tracking # you can use at the Fedex website to see your order delivery date and progress. We have recently updated our USPS shipping methods to include an automatic tracking message sent when the package is labeled for pickup.

     

    Note: USPS mail tracking only works within the borders of the US. Beyond this, tracking seldoms returns any information.
