  1. Will I receive a tracking #?


    Yes. we use two shipping services, Fedex and USPS for domestic shipments, and USPS for international shipments. When your order is shipped, an email message is automatically generated to the address you have registered on the Bike Friday web store containing the order # and a tracking # you can use at the shipping service you have chosen for delivery.

    Note: The USPS mail tracking # may not update outside the borders of the US. Some international destinations may see updated tracking #'s while others do not.

  2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    Please note: if you need to expedite your order for any reason, including a trip date or other time sensitive event, you should contact Bike Friday after placing your order via phone or email. You can also make a note in the checkout box about your expedited order. Best to contact us to confirm. Our phone numbers are 541-687-0487 domestic/800-777-0258 international. Our hours are Mon-Fri 8 to 5:30 PM, Saturdays 9 to 4 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST -08:00). Email us at: webstore@bikefriday.com

    Domestic

    Domestic shipments are typically one day to the west coast. Fedex to the east coast would be 5 days. USPS to the east coast would be 2-3 days for priority mail, 3 days for first class, and up to 7 days for parcel.

    International

    We offer two options for international USPS service, Priority and First Class.

    First class mail has a 4 pound limit. A first class package is less expensive and takes longer. We have seen transit times to some remote destinations of up to 28 days. Average is 14-21 days overseas.

    Priority mail is rated for 7-10 days delivery. It can take up to 14 days to arrive to remote locations.

  3. How long will it take my product to ship?


    We assign a promise date of 3-5 business days after we receive your order. We attempt to ship within 1-2 days and notify you if there will be any further delay before we can ship.

    Your order typically will ship the next day or it could take longer depending on several factors, the main one being whether your product is in stock. We carry a wide variety of products from many vendors as well as parts designed and manufactured by Bike Friday. While we make every effort to keep all our products in stock, this isn't always possible or practical.


    If we back order a part, this means we will ship everything except the back ordered item, which will follow with free shipping once it is restocked.
