  1. How do I return a product?


    Contact us either by phone or via our web store address (webstore@bikefriday.com).

    We'll need to know the reason for the return and the condition of the product.

    We have an unconditional 30-day return policy. Bike Friday warrantees return shipping costs for a product shipment that is due to our error. We do not warrantee return costs for products where the client has changed their mind regarding that item. Returned items must be in same condition as at purchase.

    You will be given an RMA authorization order sent as a PDF.

     You can print this order out and include it with your shipment. Pleas also write the RMA order number on the exterior of the box so it is clearly legible. You can also attn: the box to 'service department'.

    Returns should be shipped to: Bike Friday, 3364 W. 11th Ave., Eugene, OR 97402

    After we receive the merchandise at Bike Friday, we will contact you to confirm receipt and complete the order.
