    No, unfortunately not. The web store does not interactively share data with our internal BF user database. That's a security benefit and also a way to manage data more effectively. If you want to apply a credit to a web store order, you will need to contact service and let us know you have a credit waiting which you wish to apply to an open web store order. Email us at service@bikefriday.com for help with this.

    Phone: Give us a call at your convenience at (541) 687-0487 or (800) 777-0258 (US and Canada only). Fax: (541) 687-0403. We are on Pacific Standard Time in Oregon.

    In Person: Our hours are Mon-Fri 8 to 5:30 PM, Saturdays 9 to 4 PM. If you plan to drop in to pick up an order, best to call ahead.
